We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be unworn or unused, with all original tags.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective.
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and offer a suitable solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.).
- Beauty or personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be made via your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
